Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. However, we’ve had to tighten our cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all our clients and specialists.
Since COVID, we've seen a higher than normal rate of cancellations and no-shows. This has a significant impact on clients waiting to be seen and the valuable time of our specialists. Managing these changes is also a considerable task for our staff.
Effective immediately:

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay for the entire missed session.

Frequent Rescheduling: If you reschedule three times, even with sufficient notice, you will need to pay for the missed appointment.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel without giving us 24 hours' notice, you will also need to pay for the missed appointment.

You will need to prepay for the missed appointment.

You must also prepay for your next appointment to be seen again.
