Cancellation Policy

We save time just for you and our specialists. When an appointment is missed, it means someone else had to wait longer to be seen. Please follow these rules to keep our schedule fair for everyone:

• Cancel Early: call or tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel late, you will be charged for the session.

• Don't Miss It: If you do not come to your appointment (a "no-show"), you must pay for the session.

• Three is the Limit: If you change your appointment more than 3 times, you must pay for the last session you missed.

 

Missed an appointment and need to book again?

Before you can book your next session, you must first pay for any missed session and pay for the new appointment in advance.
